YELP! “Youth Enterprise with Local Preserves” will become an innovative social enterprise to assist marginalized local youth develop employable skills in growing and preserving organic urban vegetables to make among other delicious products: Guelph branded organic baby food! Skills taught to the youth with the expertise and experience of the Julien Project could be transferred to other related business start ups and employment opportunities. Products will also include an outrageous line of salsas, beets and pickles.
